Rubin Educational Resources evolved in 2001 from the inspiration of Kim Rubin who recognized the need for a full-service educational consulting firm to meet the varied and unique needs of children, adolescents, and young adults nationwide. Kim assembled a team of experienced professionals with specialized training and expertise. The firm flourished and offered an array of educational services for 8 years, including therapeutic placements. At the present time, Kim consults with Cynthia Cohen of Pathway Partners. Pathway Partners (www.pathwaypartners.info ) is a professional consulting firm that specializes in therapeutic placements for children, adolescents and young adults. Rubin Educational Resources specializes in testing and college counseling.
