Rubin Educational Resources offers testing and college counseling services to students and families nationwide.  Wherever you live, we can work with you and your child. We work hard to establish strong ties and build lasting relationships with our clients and their families. If you live out-of-state, we can begin our relationship via the Internet or telephone.  And, we love to Skype!

Once you begin working with us, you will be asked to sign an agreement that sets forth the terms of our proposed services, our fees, and payment arrangements. You will also need to complete a Client History Questionnaire and an Authorization to Release Confidential Information.
